An organization pays the plan price once per seat, and pays for at least as many seats as it has people. Each seat adds the plan's included time. Below Fleet, a seat adds 20% of the plan's limits, never more than the next plan's; on Fleet, it adds the full limits. Organizations get no trial.

Member caps, in dollars and concurrency, are stored but aren't all enforced yet. Invitations don't send email until a mail provider is connected. SSO and SCIM are planned for Scale and above.
